Karl Shefelman - director

Karl is an award-winning director with several shorts and numerous commercials and music videos under his belt. He brings his vast experience as a storyboard artist on such films as "American Gangster","The Departed", and "Silence of the Lambs" where he worked one-on-one with such directors as Ridley Scott, Martin Scorcese, and Jonathan Demme.

Joseph James Jr. - Executive Producer

Joseph H. James, Jr. aka Joe James - producer, director, writer, songwriter, actor and author. Joe co-produced Pavaline’s acclaimed film ‘Alienated’ starring Vincent Pastore. Joe also directed, produced and starred in the award winning docudrama 'Arthur! A Celebration of Life' about tennis great and humanitarian Arthur Ashe and produced a full scale soundtrack that included 12 time Grammy award winner Alicia Keys. He is currently creating a musical for Broadway which includes writing the book and lyrics. His novel “Soul Baby” is due out in 2011. Joe is an innovative visionary and is proud to be attached to many Pavaline projects.

David Byrne – screenwriter

David is an optioned screenwriter who got his start working on various independent and studio films in a multitude of roles taking each project as an opportunity to learn from some of the best in the industry. He currently is an Associate Producer with Turner Classic Movies where he writes and produces promotional elements for on-air. David brings to Pavaline his strong and unique writing voice.
